Healthy Holiday Fruit Crisp

The holiday season is filled with a lot of gatherings and parties with friends and family, and at the heart of that is food. While it is important to enjoy yourself and indulge from time to time, it is more important to understand that a healthy lifestyle shouldn’t be sacrificed. You have the ability to indulge but stay within your healthy nutrition plan. In order to do this, watching portion sizes, making sure you are having 3 balanced meals a day, and focusing on protein with each meal is important. Along with this, there are healthier dessert options, such as this recipe.
